Birse Rail's Property Works Framework contract covers reactive maintenance works and project works to all Network Rail’s properties in the West Country, Wales and the Marches including stations, depots, maintenance delivery units, offices and signal boxes.
For reactive maintenance works, Birse Rail provides on-call cover 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year with response times ranging from two hours for emergency works to seven days for routine works.
Birse Rail has held property framework contracts within the Western Territory for over 10 years.
